Cup holder upgrade kit for the VW Golf MK3 / Vento — fits into the passenger side (smaller) dashboard vent. Airflow continues through the centre vents unaffected. Complete ready-to-install kit: PETG housing, OEM-look vent face, adaptor plate, and used OEM soft-close cup holder mechanism included. Select your drive side above before ordering.
OEM-style appearance
The OEM-look vent face keeps the factory dashboard appearance intact from the outside — the cup holder is completely hidden when not in use.
Integrated cup holder
Press-to-open OEM soft-close mechanism included. Smooth action, holds a cup securely, retracts flush with the dashboard when closed.
Airflow maintained
Only the smaller passenger side vent is replaced. Airflow through the centre vents continues completely unaffected.
PETG construction
All printed parts made from PETG. Tested and verified to withstand up to 100°C without deformation — suitable for high airflow and summer heat.

The kit replaces the smaller passenger side dashboard vent — the one without directional louvres, beside the radio. Remove the existing vent and rear heater flap, assemble the kit using super glue, and slot the finished unit into the factory opening. Press to open, press to close. Airflow through the centre vents is completely unaffected.

Is the cup holder mechanism new or used?
The OEM soft-close mechanism (ref. 7M3 862 534) is a used OEM part sourced from VW Sharan, Ford Galaxy, Audi A4/A6, Polo 6N2 or Lupo. All PETG printed parts are new.
Is super glue required?
Yes — super glue is needed to bond the adaptor plate and vent face during assembly. It is not included in the kit. Step-by-step assembly instructions are provided with the order.
