Brick-era Volvos are mechanically indestructible and trimmed in plastic that was never built to last as long as the car underneath it. Three parts account for most of what we print for the range.
Gemini wheel caps
The classic Gemini centre cap cracks around its retaining lugs and falls out somewhere between the driveway and the motorway. Volvo's own replacement supply dried up years ago, and the aftermarket copies are usually a visibly wrong profile.
What we print it in: PETG, matched to the original OEM profile from a sample cap, not a photo — the lug geometry is too easy to get slightly wrong from reference images alone.
Dashboard cup holder vent insert
The 240's dash vent doubles as a cup holder on a slot-in insert that most cars lost decades ago. It's a small part but a disproportionately requested one — it's the single most-asked-about missing piece on the model.
Console ashtray insert
740 and 940 consoles shipped with an ashtray nobody uses for its intended purpose any more, and the stock insert is usually missing, melted, or full of coins. A printed insert turns the cavity into a usable tray or phone slot without cutting the console.
What we need to quote your part
A photo of the mounting point and, where there's a lug or clip pattern, either the broken original or a caliper reading across it. All three parts above are simple enough that most orders ship within a few days.
