Before you order: the questions we get asked most

Lead times, pricing, files, minimum orders and the dreaded 'is this thing going to break?' — the answers we give most often, in one place.

Every enquiry starts with roughly the same six questions. Here are the answers, so you can decide before you write.

How much will it cost?

Depends on size, material and quantity, but as a frame: a small interior clip or trim piece runs from around €20–50, a larger or multi-piece part more. A one-off custom part is priced on modelling time plus print time, and we quote it before any work happens. The full breakdown of what drives the price is in how much a custom part costs.

How long will it take?

A stock part from the shop ships in days. A custom or made-to-order part is usually one to two weeks from confirmed file to dispatch, depending on the queue and the finishing. We'd rather quote honestly than promise a date and miss it.

Do I need a CAD file?

No. If you have one, great — send a STEP file. If you only have a broken part, or a photo and a part number, we can scan it or reverse engineer it from what you've got.

Can you match this broken part exactly?

Usually, yes — to the original's geometry, and better than nothing on the fit. We model from the surviving sample or the OEM dimensions, and where we can, we test the fit against the real mounting point before it ships. See how a part goes from file to finished part.

Is it going to break?

A printed part is a plastic part. Chosen and designed well, it'll do the job for years; abused, it'll break like any plastic part would. The short version: we tell you honestly if plastic is the wrong material for your application. The longer version is OEM vs 3D-printed.

Is there a minimum order?

For shop parts, no — one is fine. For custom or production work, we'll talk through whether a single part or a small batch makes more sense for what you're doing. There's no minimum, only a conversation about what's sensible.

Do you ship to me?

We ship from Slovenia throughout the EU, and beyond on request. Small parts go by post, larger or fragile parts get proper packing — and everything gets the same quality check before it leaves.
