The rear diffuser lip is one of the more asked-about pieces we make, because it's a part that genuinely doesn't exist as a factory option on most Polo GTI and R-Look trims — this is a bolt-on addition, not a reproduction of something that broke.

Why it's three pieces, not one
Printing it as three sections rather than one wide moulding keeps each piece within a build volume that prints cleanly without warping across its length, and makes shipping and handling a lot easier than one long, thin panel. The three pieces key into each other at the joins, so the assembled result reads as one piece once it's mounted.
Fitment
Designed around the standard rear bumper profile on Polo GTI and R-Look trims. If your bumper has been modified or replaced with an aftermarket unit, tell us before ordering — the mounting points assume factory bumper geometry.
Install
The lip bolts on using the existing lower bumper mounting points; no cutting or drilling into the bumper itself. We recommend test-fitting all three sections dry before any adhesive or fasteners go in permanently, since panel gaps on used bumpers vary slightly car to car.
Finish
Printed in PETG, paintable in body colour or gloss/matte black depending on the look you're after. If you want it painted before it arrives, tell us at order time — otherwise it ships in raw PETG ready for your own finish.
